After submitting the form, please proceed with the payment — payment is accepted by e-transfer only: payable@dmmlabs.ca
All sales are final.
Tests are shipped directly to your home, and all shipping fees are already included in the price.
Once payment is received, the order will be forwarded to the laboratory for processing in the following days, and the kit will be shipped to you. A detailed receipt will be emailed to you once it has been processed.
Estimated delivery time of the kit: approximately 2 weeks.
Please allow at least 4 weeks for your physician to receive your results after your specimen has been shipped. We encourage you to schedule your follow-up appointment accordingly.
